PAINTINGS
Painting is movement.
A gesture, in the colours that inspire me. It can be explosive, akin to thirst or driven by exploration, resembling the gentle arrival of morning dew. Each stroke may reveal a trace or create a contrast, as emotions take shape, possibly evoking memories or simply the rawness of the moment.
My primary medium is acrylic, though I also explore other techniques such as collage, charcoal, ink, oil, and drawing. Painting is one of the inks of my life. In the unspeakable areas, a textured poetry emerges, traced by brushes, my fingers, my breath. Painting is touching my cries, my dreams, and my silences, from the anchorage of the passing time.
